                                             is an Assistant Professor of Dance at Rhode Island College.  Ms. Pearson is a dancer, educator and choreographer who danced with the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble, Gesel Mason and Concepts In Motion, Bermuda.  This sought-out educator has been invited to teach at Ballet West Summer Intensive, numerous private dance studios and taught in Bermuda for two years.

 

Ms. Pearson recently performed at Dixon Place and held residencies at Annapolis High School, University of Kentucky, Salve Regina University and Providence College.  Her choreography has been presented at Southern Vermont Dance Festival, New England Choreographer’s Competition, The Series Vol. I – 25 Emerging Choreographers Showcase (NY) and Collective Threads (NY).  

 

Her choreography has been presented at Urbanity Next (Boston) and Utah Regional Ballet. She received her MFA in Dance from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she studied dance pedagogy, dance wellness and choreography and holds a BFA from Towson University in Dance Performance.
